Welcome to use the TOP KHALIJ Voice application! This TOP KHALIJ User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and TOPHALIJ TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") regarding your use of the TOP KHALIJ platform (hereinafter referred to as "TOP KHALIJ" or the "Platform") and its services (including but not limited to voice interaction, voice-based social entertainment, voice live streaming, gaming voice chat, etc.).

This Agreement aims to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. Please read and fully understand all terms carefully before using TOP KHALIJ, especially the clauses in bold or underlined regarding disclaimers, intellectual property, minors, applicable law, and jurisdiction. By using TOP KHALIJ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms of this Agreement.

1.2 User Acceptance

By downloading, installing, registering, logging in, or using TOP KHALIJ in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use TOP KHALIJ.

This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and TOPHALIJ TECHNOLOGY LIMITED regarding TOP KHALIJ. If you have questions, suggestions, or concerns, you may contact customer service.

If you do not agree to all or part of this Agreement, TOP KHALIJ may not be able to provide full services. Continued use of TOP KHALIJ means you accept this Agreement and all related policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy).

TOPHALIJ TECHNOLOGY LIMITED reserves the right to modify this Agreement unilaterally as needed. Updates will be announced via pop-ups, website notices, or in-app messages. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

You confirm that you have full civil capacity. If not, you must obtain guardian consent.

You agree that TOPHALIJ TECHNOLOGY LIMITED may designate third-party companies to operate parts of TOP KHALIJ services.

Virtual items (diamonds, gifts, skins, etc.)

Social interaction (follow, comment, message, like)

Search and personalized content display

2.2 Service Access

Available via official website, mobile, or desktop apps

Only official versions are guaranteed safe

Services may be optimized or adjusted for performance

Services are for non-commercial use only

2.3 Changes and Termination

TOP KHALIJ may modify, suspend, or terminate services due to:

Business needs

Legal requirements

Technical updates

Services may be suspended without notice if:

You violate the agreement

Security risks occur

Legal authorities require it

3. Account Management

Nicknames must comply with laws and ethics

3.2 Account Usage

You are responsible for all account activities

Do not transfer, sell, or share accounts

TOP KHALIJ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6.2 Information Accuracy

TOP KHALIJ does not guarantee accuracy of user-generated or third-party content.

6.3 User Risk

You are responsible for risks arising from your actions.

7. Gifts and Rewards

Regular users cannot withdraw gifts; only usable within the platform

Streamers follow separate agreements
